The Sacred Cow – The Nutritional, Environmental and Ethical case for better meat

The Sacred Cow is a short film released this month, which seeks to challenge the modern assumption that ‘meat is bad.’ The producers of, and contributors to, the film make the case that regenerative agriculture, which includes well-managed cattle, are the solution to many of our environmental and health problems, and play an essential role in restoring our ecosystems.

The film is available to watch for free here, until Sunday 6th December. We would highly recommend it as essential viewing for anyone interested in, or concerned by, the impact of cattle and red meat on our environment and our health.
