The World Steak Challenge took place in October in Hyde Park with 70 steaks entered from 10 different countries – and we were very pleased to learn that Dexter steak won the Gold Standard Quality Medal! Only 10 other steaks got to this level – leaving us wondering, is Dexter the best breed for beef in the world?
